Our fries and wedges are cooked in rice bran oil as it has a high smoke point and does not degrade easily at high temperature. It contains a Gamma Oryzanol – a powerful antioxidant and cholesterol-lowering agent.
Our salt is natural organic sea salt with no additives or anti-caking agents. This includes the salt in the salt shakers on the tables.
Our eggs are all free-range.
Our cheese is made with vegetarian rennet.
We do not use homogenised milk. We make our own almond milk and rice milk.
We use no refined sugar.
Our takeaway containers, bags and straws are all bio-degradeable and environmentally friendly.
