A dish of creamy scrambled free-range eggs full of fresh Indian flavours with fresh chili, coriander, ginger, tomato and garlic. Served with 5-seed toast.

Unsweetened organic yoghurt, bee pollen, flaxseed oil, honey, SLAP (Sunflower seeds, Linseeds, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds), seasonal fruit.

Flax-oat French Toast
Using flax instead of the traditional eggs provides beneficial fibre and plenty of powerful phytochemicals. The grains in the bread and the nutritional yeast provide minerals and the B vitamins are important for reducing stress and soothing the nervous system. Healthy yet delicious!
Flax seeds, oat flour, nutritional yeast and rice milk battered whole grain bread sprinkled with cinnamon and served with maple syrup and fresh fruit. Vegan.
